Movie Review: The Confession

A devout older Jewish man played brilliantly by Ben Kingsley kills a clerk, a nurse and a doctor for failing to help his son. Amy Irving plays his distraught wife. Alec Baldwin plays the lawyer with political aspirations who tries to have his client plead insanity.

This thriller has no focus and it's totally unclear which man this film is about. Both characters receive equal time and the subplot doesn't draw you in it leaves you confused. We don't care about these people. Though the actors tried their best, I could see no way for this puzzle to go together.

Take a look in Bandon for the DVD.
