Movie Review: Chestnut: Hero of Central Park

A part of me must be about eight years old as this is DEFINITELY a kids movie. Two orphaned little girls find a puppy and hide him from the nuns who take care of them. When they're adopted by a couple who live in the big city, they sneak the dog along.

It's no small feat hiding a great Dane from two adults, a maid and a doorman for a building that doesn't allow dogs. All the mishaps are blamed on the girl's adjustment to being adopted.

The plot turns very much into Home Alone for dogs, but it make silly sense so give it a watch. Gather your kids and some popcorn and head to Bandon for the DVD.

I am kind of out of the range of kids movies. But it sounds interesting for a bored cold day.
